Once again, Spielberg lets the kid inside shine through. I wonder how anyone else but a child could dream up such wonderful characters. Fievel Goes West brings a few select characters back from An American Tail and sets them down in the old west. Fievel discovers new characters, surprisingly as animated and lovable as those in the first movie. This is only the third of many quality cartoons to bear the title 'Steven Spielberg Presents'.
